Start with a source and instrument inventory, the systems that consume pricing and a test environment. The evaluation should produce a symbol mapping, an interface specification and a set of recovery and data-quality checks that both teams can review.

03 · Acceptance checklist
Test timestamps, stale quotes, disconnects, reconnects and symbol mapping. Capture results with the route and conditions used so the outcome can be reviewed.
