How the quote form and website handle information
Quote requests
The contact form collects your name, company, reply contact, optional company website, platform, protocol, asset classes, symbol count, region and requirements. An optional calculator estimate can accompany the request. Submitted information is used to review your deployment and respond to your inquiry; submit only information needed for that discussion.
Storage and delivery
The form implementation stores a timestamped request record on the server in a private data file. It records a hash of the request IP address for abuse control. If the site operator configures Telegram notifications or a webhook, submitted details can also be sent to that configured destination. External messaging providers process messages under their own terms.
Browser storage and cookies
The scope estimator uses session storage to carry your technical estimate to the contact form. The request endpoint sets a short-lived request identifier cookie after a successful submission. The website does not currently load an analytics or advertising tracker. Hosting and security services may keep operational access logs.
